1. New England Patriots- A
Round 1 • Pick 32 (32) • WR N’Keal Harry
Round 2 • Pick 13 (45) • CB JoeJuan Williams
Round 3 • Pick 14 (77) • EDGE Chase Winovich
Round 3 • Pick 24 (87) • RB Damien Harris
Round 3 • Pick 38 (101) • OT Yodny Cajuste
Round 4 • Pick 16 (118) • G Hjalte Froholdt
Round 4 • Pick 31 (133) • QB Jarrett Stidham
Round 5 • Pick 21 (159) • DT Byron Cowart
Round 5 • Pick 25 (163) • P Jake Bailey
Round 7 • Pick 38 (252) • CB Ken Webster
The patriot way continues as not only did they have one of the best drafts in the NFL they got the hopeful Tom Brady replacement, anyway overall the Patriots really got good players to fill big needs, N’keal Harry will be not only a big receiver but hopefully fill some of Rob Gronkowski's red zone threat ability. Also the Patriot corners have been really bad the past few years beside Stephon Gilmore and now it appears that got a long lengthy corner to be opposite of him. To continue in the draft they got depth on both sides of the trenches, more depth in the secondary and a good edge rusher in Chase Winovich who looks like a hybrid of Clay Matthews and Rob Ninkovich. Also to make matters even morse for teams that couldn’t stop their run game they pick a power back out of Alabama in Damien Harris so now their RB room looks to be built of Sony Michel James White and Damien Harris, wow.
2. Buffalo Bills- A
Round 1 • Pick 9 (9) • DT Ed Oliver
Round 2 • Pick 6 (38) • T Cody Ford
Round 3 • Pick 11 (74) • RB Devin Singletary
Round 3 • Pick 33 (96) • TE Dawson Knox
Round 5 • Pick 9 (147) • LB Vosean Joseph
Round 6 • Pick 8 (181) • S Jaquan Johnson
Round 7 • Pick 11 (225) • DE Darryl Johnson
Round 7 • Pick 14 (228) • TE Tommy Sweeney
The Bills first two Picks were amazing they got a top 3 player at 9 and another guy who I’m assuming they were looking at with their first pick in Cody Ford with their second round pick. To continue the draft dominance their next three picks were amazing being Devin Singletary so they may now part ways with Lesean Mccoy and have someone to carry the rock, also they get my fourth ranked TE in the late third round in the athletic specimen from Ole Miss Dawson Knox. They also took Vosean Joseph in the fifth to help add depth to the linebacker room. Where this draft drops off is in the later rounders, Jaquon Johnson isn’t a bad pick but I’m not a fan of the last two picks being the D-line in Buffalo is one of their strengths and I saw no need to take Sweeney especially after taking Knox.
3. New York Jets- B
Round 1 • Pick 3 (3) • DT Quinnen Williams
Round 3 • Pick 11 (74) • EDGE Jachai Polite
Round 3 • Pick 33 (96) • OT Chuma Edoga
Round 4 • Pick 31 (133) • TE Trevon Wesco
Round 5 • Pick 21 (159) • LB Blake Cashman
Round 6 • Pick 8 (181) • CB Belssaun Austin
The Jets hit on many of their picks what hurt them in my opinion is not getting a wide receiver for Sam Darnold, the got a defense they improved the O-line and got Le'veon but who on earth is Sam Darnold going to throw to. Don’t get it twisted Robby Anderson is a great deep threat and they have a really good slot in Jamison Crowder however there is no number one unless one of these guys takes a massive jump. Other than that Quinnen was my best player Jachai Polite was a first round talent and then to pick up sleepers like Edoga and Blake Cashman round out this team.
4. Miami Dolphins- C+
Round 1 • Pick 13 (13) • DT Christian Wilkins
Round 3 • Pick 15 (78) • G Michael Dieter
Round 5 • Pick 13 (151) • LB Andrew Van Ginkel
Round 6 • Pick 30 (202) • T Isaiah Prince
Round 7 • Pick 19 (233) • RB Chandler Cox
Round 7 • Pick 20 (234) • RB Myles Gaskin
The dolphins had a really good draft but the lack of adding weapons and really any good talent outside of the first 2 days. Christian Wilkins and Michael Dieter were very good picks however drafting two running backs and one tackle to improve a well below average team is very bad. Had I included draft day trades however the Dolphins probably would be teetering around an A for getting Josh Rosen at such a low cost.
